Kat Dennings (n e Katherine Victoria Litwack) was born on the 13th of June, 1986 in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania. Ellen was Ellen's mother. She was both a speech-therapist and poet. Gerald, her father was a professor as well as a molecular pharmacist. Dennings, the oldest of five siblings raised by a Jewish mother and father, is an accomplished actress. Dennings did not attend a conventional school for long and instead was homeschooled. The decision to go homeschooled was made because she wanted to be an actress at a young age. Dennings was able to finish her high school studies at the age of 14. When she was nine years old, she started to act in commercials. She moved to Los Angeles with her family following high school in order to study acting. Kat Dennings, as she was then known, began auditioning. Kat Dennings, who relocated to LA in 2000, moved to LA in 2000, made her debut appearance on an HBO series called "Sex and the City". After that, Dennings starred in the WB's sitcom "Sex and the City".
